Welcome to CGBIHAAV, a matrimony and matchmaking platform operated byHUBAN TECHNOLOGIES (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CGBIHAAV website, applications, features, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

By registering, accessing, browsing, or using CGBIHAAV, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies displayed on the platform.

1. Eligibility

• Communicate with other users, where the relevant feature is available
• View matrimonial information voluntarily provided by users
• Purchase premium memberships or other paid features

CGBIHAAV is a platform connecting individuals. We do not guarantee that any user will find a suitable matrimonial partner, receive a response, get married, or achieve any particular personal outcome through the Services.

3. User Accounts

Certain features require you to create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Not share your account with another person without authorization.
• Immediately notify us of unauthorized access.
• Update your information when it changes.
• Use your account only for lawful purposes.

You are responsible for activity occurring through your account unless caused by circumstances outside your reasonable control.

4. Matrimonial Profiles

Users are responsible for the information they provide in their profiles.

You must not:

• Create a fake profile.
• Impersonate another person.
• Use someone else's photograph without authorization.
• Misrepresent your age, marital status, education, profession, income, family background, or other material information.
• Upload misleading or fraudulent information.
• Create multiple accounts for deceptive purposes.

CGBIHAAV may review, verify, restrict, modify, or remove profiles that appear to violate these Terms.

5. Profile Verification

CGBIHAAV may offer identity or profile verification features.

Verification may involve requesting documents or other information.

A “verified” profile means only that the information or identity was verified according to the particular verification process used by CGBIHAAV.

6. User Interactions

8. Prohibited Activities

• Discriminate against users in violation of applicable law.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another account.

• Reverse engineer or interfere with the Services.
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Use CGBIHAAV for any purpose that violates applicable law.

9. Safety and Fraud Prevention

• Fraudulent activity
• Spam
• Abuse
• Suspicious behavior
• Unauthorized access

We may suspend, restrict, investigate, or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe that fraudulent, abusive, suspicious, or unlawful activity has occurred.

12. Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers, including payment gateways such as PayU or other providers selected by CGBIHAAV.

CGBIHAAV does not request or store your:

• UPI PIN
• ATM PIN
• Banking password
• One-time password (OTP)
• Complete card security credentials

Payment processing may be subject to the payment provider's own terms and privacy policy.

13. Subscription Renewal

If CGBIHAAV introduces recurring subscriptions or automatic renewal, the applicable renewal terms, amount, frequency, and cancellation mechanism will be displayed before or during the subscription process.

You may cancel recurring services according to the cancellation procedure provided by CGBIHAAV.

14. Refund and Cancellation

Refunds for paid services will be governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy displayed on CGBIHAAV.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in the applicable refund policy:

• Any particular number of profile views
• Responses from other users
• Compatibility between users
• Engagements
• Marriage
• The accuracy of information provided by other users
• The future conduct of another user

Matchmaking involves personal decisions and circumstances beyond our control.

16. User Verification and Due Diligence

Users are encouraged to independently verify information that is important to them.

This may include:

• Identity
• Age
• Marital status
• Education
• Employment
• Family information
• Financial claims
• Address
• Other information relevant to a matrimonial decision

Users should exercise caution before sharing personal information, meeting another user, entering into financial transactions, or making matrimonial commitments.

17. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property associated with CGBIHAAV, including:

• Website design
• Logos
• Branding
• Graphics
• Software
• Text
• Features
• Layout
• Databases
• Trademarks

is owned by or licensed to HUBAN TECHNOLOGIES unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit CGBIHAAV's intellectual property without prior written permission.

18. Third-Party Services

CGBIHAAV may integrate with third-party services including payment gateways, analytics providers, hosting providers, communication services, and other technology providers.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their respective terms and policies.

CGBIHAAV is not responsible for the independent actions, policies, availability, or security practices of third-party services.

19. Service Availability

We aim to keep CGBIHAAV available and functioning reliably.

However, we do not guarantee that the Services will:

• Always be available
• Be uninterrupted
• Be completely error-free
• Be free from security vulnerabilities
• Always contain accurate or complete information

Services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, security incidents, network failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

20. Account Suspension and Termination

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

24. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless HUBAN TECHNOLOGIES, CGBIHAAV, and their respective personnel from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your User Content
• Your misuse of the Services
• Your violation of another person's rights
• Your violation of applicable law
• Your fraudulent or unauthorized activity

25. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute or complaint relating to CGBIHAAV, you should first contact us and provide an opportunity to resolve the matter.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints and disputes through communication and appropriate grievance procedures.

Nothing in this clause prevents a user from exercising any statutory rights or remedies available under applicable law.

26. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts having jurisdiction over the Company's applicable place of business.
